Our standard 89mm deep SNAPPER light box.

Lift the snap to open the frame. Tamper resistant snaps or security screws can be used if necessary.

Remove the front sheet and transparency.

Our light boxes even look good without a transparency. Sometimes the pearl acrylic is used as a white background for a cut vinyl sign. We then use a fluorescent tube diffuser to minimise hot spots.

Remove the screw holding the acrylic in place, (Only one screw) then remove the acrylic from the frame.

The tubes and other electrical components are now visible and maintenance can be performed.

Reverse the process when your are done!
